I Am Malala

Autobiography of Yogi is a book on Yoga and Meditation. The book tells you about the author’s life history as well as it is an account of his spiritual journey and his encounters with people who inspired and influenced him. The book tells about his fascination with spirituality and introduced him to numerous Indian saints, gurus, and well-known international figures. The author speaks about his guru Lahiri Mahasaya, and also about his hunt to find his own guru, which ended with meeting Sri Yukteswar Giri, who, in turn, was a disciple of Lahiri Mahasaya. The author spent many years in the ashram of his guru, getting trained and spiritual knowledge, spending years perfecting the Kriya Yoga branch of yoga. He moved to The United States, taught yoga and meditation there. The book narrates his interesting meetings with people like Mahatma Gandhi, Luther Burbank, Rabindranath Tagore, Therese Neumann, Jagadish Chandra Bose, Sir C.V. Raman, and Ramana Maharshi.
